Indepenent study

Here is my independent study that I have been working on off and on for a semester. My initial idea was that I wanted to draw on something other than paper and canvas. I also wanted to use the walls and surfaces around us. The fact that I worked on drywall in an apartment means that this is a very temporary piece. It will be painted over eventually which makes it special for those who get to see it in person. Its much more captivating when one is able to walk up and focus on smaller details. Taking this into account, I had my photo friend, Kyle Weitkamp assist me with capturing its essence.
